Planning Process

We've designed a clear, step-by-step process that takes the uncertainty out of estate planning. From your first appointment to ongoing support, we guide you through each stage with transparency and care. Our goal is to make estate planning approachable and stress-free, ensuring your wishes are documented clearly and your loved ones are protected. Every client receives personalized attention and expert guidance throughout the entire process.

01

Book Appointment Online

We will send you an email with a list of matters to consider before our first meeting.

02

Planning Meeting

At our planning meeting we will make a plan for your estate, discuss next steps and book a signing.

03

Draft Review

Ross Estate Law will send a draft of your documents one week prior to the signing appointment. If you want to discuss them, you can book a call the week before signing.

04

Signing

At our second meeting all documents will be finalized and signed. Payment is due at this meeting.

05

Storage

Ross Estate Law can store your will in a secure underground vault, in a guarded off-site storage unit. There is no additional fee for this service.
